After graduation, I attended Weber State University. There I met Larry
Page from Layton and we were married in the Salt Lake Temple in July of 1977.
(We just celebrated our 29th anniversary!) After graduation with an
Associates degree, I became busy with raising our 4 kids (Amy, Meisha,
Nathan, and Mindy) and numerous pets. Amy lives in Farmington with her
husband, Daniel and son, Everett (1 ½). Meisha and her husband, Jayme and
daughter, Kaylee (4) are living in our basement while they finish their home
in Layton. Nathan is attending the U of U, racing bicycles and working for
a law firm for the summer. He served a mission in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
Mindy is attending Weber State University. Together, Larry and I have built
7 homes and moved around Davis County a lot. The last 23 years we've stayed
in the Kaysville area so our kids all graduated from Davis. To keep life
interesting, we started to travel and now we're addicted. Nowadays, when
I'm not "multi-tasking" around the house, I keep busy with church callings,
supporting my husband (semi-retired from home construction and currently
serving as an LDS bishop), gardening, attending some of my son's bike races,
visiting new exotic locations around the world and spending time with my two
grandchildren. Other hobbies include: crafts, healthy cooking, exercising,
photography, and art collecting. The next step in my life:
self-actualization.
