Right after High School I moved to Montana and went to work in an insurance office. I worked there for five years, then opened my own daycare center. I owned and ran my own business for the next years, which I loved a lot. During this time I became a foster parent and in July 1986 I had two little boys placed in my care, that I eventually adopted in July 1990. After the adoption I decided to give up my business and move back to Utah with my new family so I could be close to my family. For a while I thought of opening a new daycare center, then realized the best way to support my family was to go back to school and get a degree, which I did. I am currently a teacher here in Kaysville, I don't have any grandchildren yet, but my boys are 20 and 21. I love to travel and have been all over the U.S.A. In a few years I hope to have time to travel outside the U.S.
