I can hardly believe that the time has gone by so fast! 30 years!!!
After graduation, I attended the University of Utah where I performed with the marching and symphonic bands under our old Davis High director - Gregg I. Hanson. I had the opportunity of starting the flag team with the marching band now known as the "Crimson Line".
From 1980 to 1982, I served an LDS mission to San Bernardino California and loved every minute of it. I was married for eight years and was blessed with two wonderful children, Josh (21) and Amanda (17). In the past four years, I have hosted youth from around the world that I also consider to be my "kids" - Deborah Bandeira (Brazil), Lukasz Sobczyk (Poland), Verena Pongs (Germany) and Andriy Svirin (Ukraine). I have had so much fun having them in my home and traveling with them around the western United States.
I am employed at Clark Leaming Management, Property Development Group, in Salt Lake where I wear many hats...comptroller, property manager, and executive assistant. I enjoy my job and the opportunities it's provided for me.
In February 2005 I started a part-time job at The Canterbury Place, which has turned into another full-time job for me as Director of Catering. I love working with the brides and grooms planning the food for their weddings. To say, "I'm busy" is an understatement, as I also serve as young women's camp director in my ward and have had the opportunity to work with my classmates on this year's reunion.
I have many wonder memories of our days at Dear Old Davis High and
look forward to reminiscing with you at our reunion.
